system only go long and short?
Yes, the system also generate short signals.
What is the
timeframe of trades?
It depends on the volatility of the equity. The more
volatile, the shorter the trades. The trades timeframe
range from a few days to a few weeks. It is a short to
middle term system. It can also be used for day trading.
How many
long/short signals are generated?
The system will generate a signal on very strict conditions
to achieve high percentage winning trades. Again the number
of signal depends on the equity (see above).
What price
patterns and market behaviour is GOOD for this system?
A high volatililty market, with many reversals and
retracements. bear trend over several months.
What price
patterns and market behaviour is BAD for this system?
A sideways trend over a long period, with low volatility is
bad for this system.
Have you tested
it on futures and options?
Yes on futures and currencies, with mixed results. It
works best on equities (stocks). Not tested for options.
Can a novice
use your system?
If you have a basic understanding of technical analysis, and
high school maths, yes. But I encourage you to learn about
the markets first.
There are many good books out there that can help on
enhancing trading knowledge.
Did the
results you sent reflect hand picked stocks that worked
well, or were they representative of how any stock might
trade with your system?
The counters were randomly selected on stocks in Nasdaq
and AMEX. These are the results you see. They work
best in the US and Asian market.
This is because the system works best on high volume stocks
with high volatily that many technical traders look at.

To Install
Mahjonzz-Trader™ Trading Systems
Plug In.
1. Unzip "Mahjonzz-Trader.zip" File to a temporary location, (i.e
C:\Temp)
2. Run Metastock.
3. Choose "Tools">"Indicator Builder" from the tools menu.
4. Click the "Organizer" button to launch the Formula
Organizer Wizard.
5. Click Import>Next>
6. Browse in the temporary location where files are unzipped
(i.e C:\Temp\.
7. Select directory called "Mahjonzz-Trader" (within the directory
U have unzipped in).
8. Click Finish.
The Formula Wizard will walk you through the steps necessary
to import
the Mahjonzz-Trader™ Systems.
